About Debbie

As a licensed real estate agent in Nevada for over 18 years with closings exceeding $20M worth of residential and commercial real estate during my career, I am focused on creating meaningful and long-lasting relationships with my clients and peers.  Since beginning my commercial real estate career in 2017, I’m committed to learning and expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients.  I’ve joined CCIM, both locally and nationally, and have completed multiple classes and plan to continue my education to pursue the highly-coveted CCIM designation.

I’m also a proud member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and the Henderson Development Authority.  I strive to learn more about development and redevelopment in the Cities of Henderson, Las Vegas and North Las Vegas, in addition to education regarding properties which fall under Clark County’s jurisdiction.

I have also been very involved in volunteering around the Las Vegas and Phoenix areas. I actively volunteer with Junior Achievement where I teach students about financial literacy and enjoy speaking with 3rd grade students about zoning, running businesses and paying bills. I have also donated my time with the Clark County School District’s “Reclaim Your Future” program as well as the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control in Phoenix.

Professional Commercial Property Marketing

In marketing my listings, I use multiple databases and marketing solutions.  Investing in my business is paramount and in turn, this also invests into marketing my client’s properties and gives them better exposure.

The commercial databases I use are Realnex/Propertyline and Loopnet/Costar.  I’m actively marketing buyers and tenants in the Henderson and Las Vegas areas, which are an additional lead source for sellers.  In addition, I have the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) available and can market and research properties that fit within the criteria for this database.

Professional photography is completed on every listing, which includes Matterport for the virtual tour.  I also use Tour Factory which syndicates the tours to YouTube and Google.
